年齢プロンプト17条件を比較｜AI美女は20歳から50歳でどう変わる？

年齢の数字を20歳から50歳へ上げると、今回の画像生成では目元の細い線や口元の影が増え、とくに40歳・50歳の顔を作り分けられました。ただし、20歳と22歳の違いは小さく、30歳にyouthfulを足しても、20歳の作例ほど若い顔にはなりません。

数字の年齢、in her mid-20sのような年代の表現、若さや落ち着きを足すキーワードを、17条件・各4枚の計68枚で比べました。最初に画像から選べる一覧を置き、各作例にはそのままコピーできるプロンプトを付けています。

年齢の指定を画像で見比べる

年齢を大きく変えるなら、まず数字の指定から選ぶのが、今回の結果では分かりやすい方法でした。数字を少しずつ変えたときの差や、キーワードを替えてもあまり変わらなかった例も含めて並べます。

服・背景・光をそろえたベースのプロンプト

Codexの画像生成で、年齢の指定だけを替えて新規生成しました。顔の違いを見たいので、正面の胸から上、茶色のストレートヘア、チャコールの丸首トップス、灰色の背景を共通にしています。

この先の説明は、枚数を断っている所を除き、各条件の4枚に共通して見えた特徴を書いています。顔を同じ人に固定するための見本画像は使っていないため、同じ女性が年を重ねた写真ではなく、条件ごとに別々に作った顔の比較として見てください。

20歳から50歳へ、数字を替えた8条件

20〜28歳の細かな違いは重なりましたが、35歳・40歳・50歳では目元や口元の線が目立ってきました。近い年齢の顔を、数字だけで確実に描き分けた結果ではありません。

頬に丸みがあって、目元にも口元にも深い線がありません。若い成人女性の顔がいい感じに出ました。輪郭や唇は1枚ずつ少し違うので、「20歳の顔はこの形」とまでは決められないですね。

20歳の4枚と並べても、2歳分大人になったとは言い切れない顔です。頬はなめらかなままで、口元も控えめ。僕には、年齢の差より目の大きさやあごの形の違いの方が先に見えました。

少しすっきりした輪郭も出ましたが、20歳の作例から一斉に雰囲気が変わる感じではありません。4枚目は口角がほんの少し上がっています。数字だけを隠されたら、20歳の中に混ぜられても結構迷いそうですね。

目の下の薄い影や、頬の細かな質感が見えます。ただ、25歳の4枚にも似た特徴があり、28歳だけの違いをつかむのは難しい。ここまで細かい数字で、見た目をきっちり刻めるわけではなさそうです。

目尻や目の下の線、ほうれい線、首の細かな質感がはっきりしました。40歳よりも口元の影が深く、黒髪のまま年齢を重ねた雰囲気が出ています。ここは20歳の4枚と迷わず見分けられますね。

early・mid・late 20sは、今回の4枚ずつでは年齢の印象が重なりました。一方、mature womanは、30歳より50歳の作例に近い顔になっています。年代の表現には成人を示すadultも添え、使った全文は各作例の下に載せました。

頬がなめらかで、口元にも若さが残っています。とはいえ、2枚目は輪郭がすっきりして、目の下の影も少し強め。同じ「20代前半」の指定でも、1枚ずつの印象には幅がありました。

僕は前に、mid-20sだと大人っぽくなりすぎると感じたことがありました。でも今回は、頬も目元もなめらかで、20代前半より一斉に老けた顔にはなっていません。ベースが変わると、同じキーワードでも印象は変わるみたいですね。

mid-20sと並べても、明確に一段上の年齢になった感じは弱めでした。2枚目はむしろ頬に丸みがあって若く見えます。early・mid・lateの順に並べたつもりでも、画像だけでその順番を当てるのは難しそうです。

若い成人女性の顔にはなりましたが、20歳ぴったりにそろう指定ではありません。3枚目は目の下の影が少し目立ちます。若い雰囲気を広く頼むには使えても、20歳と25歳を分けたいときの答えにはなりにくいですね。

目尻と口元の線がしっかり出て、50歳の作例に近い雰囲気になりました。「ちょっと大人っぽい30歳」のつもりで使うと、僕の想像より年齢が上がりそう。成熟した雰囲気を出すキーワードとしては、数字とは別に見ておきたい結果です。

30歳の指定を残してfresh・youthful・sophisticated・elegantを1つずつ足しました。雰囲気のキーワードだけでは、数字を20歳や40歳へ替えたほどの差は出ません。

若さを足すつもりで入れましたが、目元や口元の影は残りました。4枚目は口角が少し上がっていていい感じです。でも、20歳の4枚と比べると、これだけで年齢まで下げるのは弱かったですね。

鼻筋や頬がすっきりした顔が出ました。ただ、30歳だけの作例にも似た顔があり、このキーワードを足したから大人になったとは言い切れません。40歳の数字指定ほど、目元や口元に共通した違いは出ませんでした。

落ち着いた顔で、目元と口元に薄い線があります。3枚目は目の下の影がやや強く、ほかは30歳だけの作例と近い印象ですね。「上品さが増えた」ときれいに結論を付けたいところですが、今回の4枚では、そこまでは分かりませんでした。

指定した年齢を伏せて、ChatGPTに見た目を推定してもらう

数字指定では、20歳と22歳の推定はほぼ同じで、30歳以降は指定を上げるほど平均も上がりました。この数字は、実年齢の測定やプロンプトの正答率ではありません。架空の画像には照合できる実年齢が無いので、ChatGPTが受けた見た目の印象を、画像と一緒に比べるための目安にしています。

生成時の年齢とプロンプトを渡さず、画像を無作為な名前にして、別のChatGPTのセッションで1枚ずつ推定してもらいました。表の4つの数字は各作例の画像順に対応し、平均の小数は単に計算した値で、小数点の精度で年齢を判断できるという意味ではありません。

数字で指定した8条件の推定

年代の表現と、若い女性・成熟した女性の推定

mid-20sとlate 20sは平均も近く、前半・半ば・後半がきれいな順番には並びませんでした。mature womanは、数字で50歳を指定した場合に近い推定になっています。

30歳に4つのキーワードを足した場合の推定

どれも30歳だけの作例と近い範囲に重なりました。とくにsophisticatedを足しても、40歳指定の4枚ほど年齢の印象は上がっていません。

推定したセッションには、代表の年齢に加えて「何歳くらいから何歳くらいに見えるか」と画像上の理由も残してもらいました。4枚の人物差と推定の揺れがあるため、平均が1〜2歳違うだけの所を、キーワードの確かな効果とは数えませんでした。

NISTの年齢推定研究でも、結果は使う仕組みや画像の品質、年齢などによって変わると報告されています。ただし、これは専用ソフトと実写写真の研究で、今回のChatGPTや生成画像の精度を示したものではありません。

裏側：若さのキーワードより、年齢の数字を変える

20歳くらいの若い顔が欲しい場合、30歳を残してyouthfulを足す方法は弱い結果でした。雰囲気を足す前に、残っている年齢指定を見直す方が、今回は大きな違いを出せています。

30歳の数字に若さを足した4枚と、年齢そのものを20歳にした4枚を並べます。どちらも先ほどの比較に使った画像で、写真を加工して若返らせたものではありません。

youthfulって書いたんですけど、目元にはちゃんと落ち着きが残っています。30歳のまま若く見せる指定と、20歳の顔を頼む指定を、同じつもりで使わない方がよさそうですね。

20歳にした方は、目元も口元もなめらかで、頬の丸みも出ました。こっちの方が、僕の欲しかった若い顔に近い。若さのキーワードを増やす前に、年齢の数字を替えて比べる方が早かったですね。

mid-20sが老けるという予想は、今回ははっきりしなかった

前に表情の記事を作ったときは、mid-20sだと落ち着きすぎると感じ、20歳へ書き換えました。ところが今回のmid-20sの4枚は、25歳を数字で頼んだ4枚と、見た目も推定の平均も近い結果です。

僕はもっと差が付くと思っていたんですが、そう単純でもありませんでした。以前のベースは顔や肌、髪、光の指定も違うので、前の記事で受けた印象を、mid-20sというキーワードだけの性質とは決められません。

服や背景も年齢に引っ張られるかと思っていましたが、今回は全条件でチャコールの丸首トップスと灰色の背景を保てました。変わったのは主に顔と首の質感で、服装や場所をそろえて書いた指定は役立ったように見えます。

年齢プロンプトでよくある質問

20歳と22歳は描き分けられる？

今回の4枚ずつでは、見た目年齢の推定が重なりました。数字を2歳変えれば必ずその差が出る、という使い方には向きません。

young womanと20-year-oldは同じ？

young womanは若い女性を広く指し、特定の年齢を決めません。今回は成人を示すadultも添えた指定を使い、20歳の数字指定とは別の条件として比べています。

elegantやsophisticatedを足すと年齢も上がる？

30歳に足した今回の作例では、40歳の数字指定ほど明確な差は出ませんでした。上品さや洗練といった雰囲気を頼む指定と、年齢を変える指定は分けて扱ってください。

出したい見た目から年齢の指定を選ぶ
