かっこいいポーズのプロンプト図鑑｜腕組み・ジャンプ・剣の構え13通り

かっこいいポーズのプロンプトは、腕組みなら arms crossed、ジャンプなら jumping に足の状態を書き足すと、狙った形が出ました。剣の構えも、両手で1本の柄を握る位置まで指定すると、剣を持った自然な立ち姿になります。

腕組み・壁もたれ・振り向き・ヒーロー着地など13通りを、ChatGPTの画像生成で4枚ずつ作りました。先にコピー用のプロンプトを並べ、後半では壁もたれで靴が隠れた4枚と、足の位置を書いて直した4枚を見比べています。

かっこいいポーズの正解プロンプト

作りたい姿から選べるように、立ち姿・動き・戦う構え・見下ろす構図に分けました。

ベースのプロンプト

衣装は黒い革のジャケットと黒いパンツでそろえ、手足の位置が見えるように全身を指定しました。最後のポーズのキーワードだけを入れ替えています。

説明は、ことわりがないかぎり4枚に共通して出た形です。ポーズを比べるために人物の特徴を共通にしましたが、同じ人物の写真を編集した比較ではありません。

壁に背中を預け、片膝を曲げた形が出ました。両方の靴が見えると、片足で体を支えている感じまで分かりますね。最初は曲げた脚の靴が隠れていたので、足を置く場所と、両方の靴を見せる指定を足しました。

片膝を床につき、反対側の足を前に置いて、片手を床に広げる形が出ました。名前だけだと四つん這いに近くなるかと思っていたんですけど、これはちゃんとヒーローの着地。全身は4枚とも画面に収まり、2・3枚目は奥側の足が体の後ろに隠れる形です。

片手を頭の高さで壁につき、肘を曲げた姿になりました。相手は描かず、一人で壁に手を置く形です。相手を壁際に追い込む場面ではありませんが、伸ばした腕とこちらへ向けた体で壁ドン風の構図を作っています。

手足の不自然さは、どのポーズで出た？

顔と、手足の本数・つながりを元の大きさで確かめました。今回の作例では、動きが大きいほど手足が不自然になる、という予想は当たりませんでした。ヒーロー着地でも全身が画面に収まり、脚が増えたり、ありえない場所から生えたりした例はありません。

隠れている指を、見えているものとして数えたわけではありません。画像で見える腕・脚・指の範囲と、衣服や体の後ろに隠れる位置を照らし合わせた結果です。

片足を曲げた、いい感じの壁もたれにはなったんですけど、片方の靴しか見えない。脚が足りないわけではなく、後ろに隠れているんですね。足元まで見せたい写真としては、ここが惜しい所でした。

そこで、左脚で体を支え、右膝を外へ曲げて靴底を壁につける形を追加。さらに「両方の靴が分かれて見える」「互いの後ろに隠れない」と書いて、4枚作り直しました。

今度は曲げた脚の靴まで見えました。左右の脚の間に余白ができて、どちらで立っているかも分かりやすい。両手は勝手にポケットへ入りましたが、壁にもたれた気楽な感じには合っています。

手の置き方を考えるときは、Adobeの撮影ガイドも参考にしました。ガイドでは、ポケットに手を入れる場合も一部を外に出し、カメラに近い手の大きさにも気をつけるよう勧めています。

よくある質問

「かっこいいポーズ」とだけ書いても出ますか？

雰囲気の指定には使えますが、腕組み・ジャンプ・剣の構えのどれを作るかは決まりません。作りたい姿があるときは、動作と手足の位置を具体的に書くと、狙いを伝えられます。

ダイナミックなポーズとローアングルは同じですか？

ポーズは体の動き、ローアングルはカメラの位置です。今回のジャンプは両足を浮かせる指定、階段の作例は人物より下にカメラを置く指定で、別々に作りました。

剣を構えるプロンプトでは何を書けばよいですか？

片手か両手か、柄のどこを握るか、刃をどちらへ向けるかを書きます。今回の例では、両手を1本の柄に置いて刃を上へ向けました。競技の正確な型が必要な場合は、その型の見本も合わせて使います。
