髪色プロンプト図鑑｜ミルクティー・メッシュ・2色の指定

milk tea beige hairで淡いベージュ、ash gray hairで灰色がかった髪が出ます。色を入れる場所まで書くと、インナーカラー・細いメッシュ・毛先だけの赤・左右のツートーンも染め分けられました。

黒髪からハイトーン、ピンクやブルーまで18種類を、各4枚の作例から選べる図鑑です。後半では、同じミルクティーベージュを室内の暖かい光と屋外の昼の光で作り、照明で変わる色の見え方も並べています。

ベースのプロンプト：髪の両側と毛先を見せる

色が分かるように、髪をおろした肩から上の写真にしました。髪の形と服をそろえ、最後に髪色の指定だけを足します。

作例はChatGPTで各条件4枚ずつ生成。説明は、ことわりがない限り4枚に共通して出た形です。同じ人物の編集ではないため、顔や髪の長さには小さな違いがあります。

髪色の呼び名と見分けどころは、ホーユーのカラーチャートとアリミノのカラー実例で確かめました。美容室で同じ色名を使っていても仕上がりには幅があるため、ここでは赤み・黄み・灰色の見え方と、色を入れた場所を比べます。

ベージュ・灰色・金色は、赤みや黄みの強さで違いが出ました。プラチナブロンドは白に近いクリーム色、シルバーは冷たい灰色が目立ちます。

スタジオ背景を外したので、今度は後ろに木々が見える屋外になりました。髪の赤みも弱まり、灰色がかったベージュが見やすくなっています。

日本語のメッシュを、そのままmesh hairでも試しました。ところが、これでは普通の茶髪。筋の色まで決めたhighlightsの指定と比べると、違いがはっきりします。

出てきたのは、ほぼ普通の茶髪でした。細い明るい筋を入れたかったんですが、この指定では色の差が見えません。メッシュとそのまま書けば通じる、とはいかなかったですね。

meshのときには見えなかった細い金色の筋が、髪の表面に出ました。茶色の土台、筋の細さ、金色、入れる場所をまとめて指定した結果です。

髪色プロンプトのよくある質問

メッシュとハイライトはどう指定する？

細い筋状の明るい色を足したいときは、thin blonde highlightsのように、筋の細さと色を一緒に書きます。ベースの髪色も省かず、dark brown hair with thin blonde highlightsのように組み合わせます。

インナーカラーとイヤリングカラーの違いは？

インナーカラーは髪の内側、イヤリングカラーは耳まわりの狭い範囲を染める指定です。英語の名前だけで場所が決まらないときは、underneath behind each earのように、色を入れる位置を書き足します。

今回、狙った髪色・染め分けになった枚数

メーカーのカラーチャートを参考に、写真で見て色名の印象と合うかを数えました。厳密な色測定や、美容室の薬剤と同じ発色を確かめたものではありません。黒・茶・ミルクティー・アッシュ・グレージュ・金髪・プラチナ・ピンク・ラベンダー・ブルー・赤・シルバーは、それぞれ4枚中4枚で狙った色が見えました。

人物の目や輪郭、首から肩のつながりも原寸で確認しました。手足は画面外ですが、見えている顔と上半身に不自然な所は見当たりませんでした。
