髪型プロンプト図鑑｜ボブ・前髪・まとめ髪を女性の実写で4枚ずつ

女性の髪型は、pixie cut・short bob・blunt bangs・ponytail・messy bun のように、長さ・前髪・まとめ方の言葉を1つ足すだけで、14語のうち13語が4枚とも狙った形になりました。効かなかったのは前髪なしの forehead だけで、前髪がおでこを隠したままです。

前髪の言葉は、長さの言葉と並べても消えませんでした。「short bob, blunt bangs」と書くと、ぱっつん前髪のボブがそろって出ています。反対に、長さを書かずに前髪だけを書くと、どれもロングヘアが付いてきました。

下に、髪型ごとの正解のプロンプトを画像つきで並べ、後半の裏側で、forehead の直し方を書いています。

狙った髪型ごとに、狙いどおりの4枚が出たプロンプトを並べました。13の髪型は1語足すだけで出て、前髪なし（おでこ出し）だけは言葉を足して直しています。直すまでの試行錯誤は、記事の後半の裏側に載せました。

ベースのプロンプト

作例は、下のベースの最後に髪型の言葉を1つ足して、Codex の画像生成（ChatGPT Images 2.5）で4枚ずつ作っています。体の向きは少し斜め（slight three-quarter angle）にしました。真正面だと、ポニーテールやお団子の毛束が頭の後ろに隠れて見えないためです。

4枚とも同じ形が出たものを「効く」としていて、この先の説明は、ことわりが無いかぎり4枚に共通して出た形です。

長さを決めるプロンプト5語

長さの言葉は、ベリーショートからロングまで、5語とも書いたとおりの長さになりました。ただし、short bob と bob cut はほとんど同じボブが出ます。

耳がしっかり出るくらいの、いちばん短い髪型です。前髪は短く横に流していて、襟足もすっきり。顔が全部見えるので、ほかの長さより目鼻立ちがはっきりして見えますね。

前髪の言葉は、ぱっつん・シースルー・流し前髪の3語が書いたとおりになりました。前髪なしだけは forehead の1語では効かず、言葉を足して直したプロンプトを載せています。長さを書かずに前髪だけを書くと、どれもロングヘアが付いてきます。長さの言葉と並べても、前髪は消えませんでした。

すき間からおでこが透けて見える、薄くて軽い前髪です。blunt bangs と並べると、同じ前髪ありでも印象がかなり軽くなります。実写の女性でもちゃんと「シースルー」の透け感が出ていて、ちょっと感動しました。

前髪をなくして真ん中で分け、耳にかけておでこを全部出した形です。前髪が無くなるだけで、同じベースでも大人っぽい顔に変わります。「おでこ」を意味する forehead の1語では前髪が残ったので、no bangs（前髪なし）と forehead fully exposed（おでこを全部出す）を両方書きました。

あれ、普通に出た。あごの高さのボブに、眉の上で切りそろえた前髪が付いています。short bob だけの4枚と比べると、前髪が重くなって幼い印象に。長さと前髪は、カンマで区切って並べるだけで、両方とも効きました。

おお！前髪が消えて、真ん中分けでおでこがしっかり出ました。耳にかけた髪で、耳がのぞく画像もあります。ただ、前髪が無くなっただけで、同じベースなのに急に大人っぽい顔に。前髪って、顔の年齢の印象をかなり左右するんですね。

よくある質問

ショートボブとボブは、言葉で作り分けられますか？

今回の Images 2.5 では、short bob と bob cut の差はほとんど出ませんでした。どちらもあごの高さ前後のボブになり、bob cut のほうが少し長い程度です。長さをはっきり変えたいときは、ボブの名前を変えるより、長さそのものを書くほうが向いていると思います。

ChatGPT でも同じプロンプトで出せますか？

OpenAI は Images 2.5 を ChatGPT でも使えると発表しているので、同じ英文を渡せば近い結果になると思います。ただ、今回は Codex でしか試していないため、ChatGPT での出方はこの記事では確かめていません。

ComfyUI でも同じプロンプトが効きますか？

ComfyUI は、Stable Diffusion や Flux などの画像モデルを自分のパソコンで動かすための無料のツールです（ComfyUI の公式サイト）。どの言葉が効くかは ComfyUI ではなく、読み込んだモデルで決まります。この記事の効き具合は Images 2.5 で確かめたもので、ComfyUI のモデルでは試していません。forehead のように、英語としては髪型を指していない言葉は、モデルによって読まれ方が変わりやすいと思います。使うモデルで4枚ほど試してから決めるのが確実です。
