Nano Banana Proのプロンプトのコツ｜Google公式の5つをAI美女で4枚ずつ試した

Google の公式ガイドにある Nano Banana Pro のプロンプトのコツを5つ、AI美女で4枚ずつ試すと、いちばん変わったのは「カメラの名前を書く」でした。cheap disposable camera（安い使い捨てカメラ）と足すだけで、4枚とも「JUL 24 ‘98」のような日付の文字が入った、夏休みのフィルム写真になっています。

縦横比は、プロンプトに 9:16 と書くだけで4枚ともその縦横比になり、参照画像の人の顔は、顔を保つ指示を書かなくても、そのまま残りました。逆に、キーワードを並べても文章で書いても、low-angle（ローアングル）を足しても、4枚はほぼ同じです。同じプロンプトを ChatGPT にも入れて、並べて比べました。

先に結論：効いたコツと、効かなかったコツ

5つのコツを、Nano Banana Pro と ChatGPT で4枚ずつ作って比べた結果です。

ツールの違いも、はっきり出ました。Nano Banana Pro（以下、Pro）は、カメラの名前のような写真の質感を変えるキーワードによく反応し、ChatGPT は、カメラの位置のような構図を変える指定のほうを素直に聞きます。同じプロンプトでも、Pro はフィルム写真のような素朴な写り、ChatGPT は肌がつるっとしたグラビアの顔になりやすい、という差もありました。

試した公式ガイドと、試し方

試したのは、Google が出している Nano Banana（Gemini の画像生成）のプロンプトのガイドです。Google Cloud のブログの「The ultimate Nano Banana prompting guide」が、Nano Banana Pro と Nano Banana 2（今の 2.1 の1つ前のモデル）の書き方をいちばん詳しくまとめています。文章で書く組み立て・カメラの名前・参照画像の書き方は、この Google Cloud のガイドから、アングルの例と縦横比・解像度は、Nano Banana Pro が出たときの Google の公式ブログから取りました。

Nano Banana Pro は、Gemini のアプリではなく API（プログラムから呼ぶ窓口）で動かしました。アプリだと Gemini の AI が間に入るので、プロンプトがそのまま画像を作る AI に届いたかを確かめにくいからです。API でのモデルの名前は gemini-3-pro-image。2026年10月の今は、普段の画像生成は Nano Banana 2.1 が中心で、Pro は文字や込み入った絵のための上位のモデルという位置づけです。

ChatGPT にも同じプロンプトをそのまま入れて、4枚ずつ並べています。ChatGPT の画像生成は Images 2.5 です。

作例は、どれも同じ20歳の人物像で、海辺の遊歩道を白いワンピースで歩く場面にそろえました。縦横比は、縦横比を比べるコツ4を除いて、全部 2:3 の縦長です。

コツ1：キーワードを並べても、文章で書いても、ほぼ同じ4枚だった

Google Cloud のガイドには、キーワードを並べるだけでは足りず、場面を文章で説明するように、とあります。文章の組み立ては「主体（誰が）＋動作＋場所＋構図＋スタイル」の順です。

同じ中身を、まずはキーワードを並べて書きます。海辺の遊歩道・白い手すり・青い海・夏の午後・海風・横からの金色の光まで、文章で書く中身は全部入れました。

……見比べても、ほぼ同じ。どちらも、白いワンピースで海辺を歩きながら振り返って笑う4枚です。風になびく髪・白い手すり・青い海と、書いたものはキーワードでも文章でも全部出ています。

Nano Banana Pro は、どちらの書き方でもフィルムで撮ったような、少し黄みのやわらかい写真になりました。違いといえば、文章のほうが夕方の金色の光が強く出たくらい。キーワードで書いた4枚目は、カメラではなく海を見ています。

ChatGPT のほうも、8枚ともそっくりです。頼んでいない籐のかごバッグを、どちらの書き方でも勝手に持たせてくるあたり、ChatGPT の中の「夏の海辺の女の子」はこれなんでしょうね。背景には、江の島のような島が毎回浮かんでいました。

キーワードを並べても、今の Nano Banana Pro はちゃんと場面を組み立ててくれるみたいです。文章で書くよさは、きれいに出ることより、「誰が・どこで・何をしているか」を読み返して直しやすいところだと思います。

コツ2：low-angle だけでは見上げず、カメラの位置を書くと ChatGPT は見上げた

Google の公式ブログは、カメラマンのように撮り方を決める例として「A low-angle shot with a shallow depth of field (f/1.8)」（低い位置から撮って、ピントの合う幅を浅くし、背景を大きくぼかす）を挙げています。コツ1の文章の「目の高さで撮る」を、この指定に差し替えました。

うーん…って感じ。Nano Banana Pro は、4枚とも目の高さか、ほんの少し下から撮った程度です。背景のぼけも、もともとぼけていたコツ1の4枚とほとんど変わりません。ChatGPT も、ちょっとだけ見上げたかな、くらいでした。

low-angle だけだと、どのくらい低いのかが伝わっていないのでは？　と思い、カメラの位置を文章で書き直しました。「カメラを地面の近くに置いて、空を背にした彼女を見上げる」です。

おお！ChatGPT は4枚とも、下から見上げた構図に変わりました。顔の後ろが青空になって、脚が長く見える、あのローアングルです。

Nano Banana Pro でも同じ書き方を試している途中で、API のクレジット（前払いの利用枠）が尽きてしまい・・・1枚しか作れませんでした。その1枚がこちら。

・・・やっぱり、ほぼ目の高さ。1枚だけなので言い切れませんけど、Pro はアングルより、色や質感のキーワードのほうを素直に聞くモデルなのかもしれません。

コツ3：カメラの名前を書くと、使い捨てカメラで日付入りのフィルム写真になった

Google Cloud のガイドでは、カメラの名前で写り方を変えられる、としています。GoPro は「広角でゆがんだ、迫力のあるアクション映像の写り」、Fujifilm（富士フイルム）は「本物らしい色」、安い使い捨てカメラは「フラッシュをたいた、粗くて懐かしい写り」です。コツ1の文章で書いたプロンプトをベースにして、縦横比の指定の前に1つずつ足しました。

Nano Banana Pro は、4枚がばらばらの方向に行きました。2枚は広角で、空が大きく入って遠近感が強く出る、いかにも GoPro の写り。うち1枚はサングラスをかけて、南仏のような海辺を歩いています。ほかの2枚は、小さいカメラを手に持っていたり、写真のまわりに白い縁が付いていたり。しかも4枚目の右下には「SHOT ON GOPRO」の文字まで入っていました。いや、宣伝の写真じゃないんだから・・・。

ChatGPT は、4枚とも腕を前に伸ばして、自分でカメラを持って歩いているような広角になりました。旅の動画のひとコマっぽい。こっちのほうが、GoPro と言われて思い浮かべる絵に近いと思います。

Fujifilm は、Nano Banana Pro だけ少し変わりました。金色の光がおさまって、海の青が深く、肌も白っぽい、落ち着いた色に。ただ、ベースがもともとフィルムっぽい色なので、並べてやっと分かるくらいです。ChatGPT は、ベースの4枚とほとんど同じでした。

キタ！Nano Banana Pro は、4枚とも写真に日付の文字が入りました。「JUL 24 ‘98」「SUMMER ‘98」と、オレンジ色のあの文字です。1枚目はフィルムの黒い縁と、端の矢印の印まで付いています。髪も、きれいなロングがぼさっと短めに崩れて、本当に夏休みに友だちが撮った写真みたい。日付なんて頼んでいないのに、そこまでやるか、という感じです。

ChatGPT のほうは、色があせて粒子が出て、写真の端に光が漏れたような赤みが入りました。日付の文字は出ていません。顔はいつもの ChatGPT の美人のままなので、「フィルム風に加工した写真」くらいの変わり方です。

カメラの名前は、全体では Nano Banana Pro のほうがよく効きました。ただし GoPro と使い捨てカメラは、文字や縁まで写真に描き込んできます。文字を入れたくないときは、カメラの名前ではなく、wide-angle lens（広角レンズ）や film grain（フィルムの粒子）のように、写り方そのものを書いたほうが安全だと思います。

コツ4：縦横比は書くだけで効き、解像度は 2K がお得

Google の公式ブログは、「A 9:16 vertical poster」のように、縦横比をプロンプトの中で書くように勧めています。API には縦横比を指定する設定がありますが、プロンプトに書くだけで足りるのか。9:16 で、設定で決めた4枚と、プロンプトに書いただけの4枚を比べました。

設定で決めたAPI の設定で 9:16 にして、プロンプトにも Vertical 9:16 portrait format.

プロンプトに書いただけでも、Nano Banana Pro は4枚とも 768×1376 の 9:16 で返してきました。設定で決めた4枚と同じ大きさです。ChatGPT にはもともと縦横比の設定欄がありませんが、こちらも4枚とも 9:16（940×1672）。どちらも、書けば聞いてくれます。

ついでに、Instagram の縦長でよく使う 4:5 も書いてみました。

Nano Banana Pro は 928×1152、ChatGPT は 1122×1402 で、どちらも 4:5 です。9:16 は頭の上の空からひざのあたりまで入り、4:5 は腰から上にまとまりました。画像の端を切り落とすのではなく、縦横比に合わせて構図ごと組み直してくれています。

解像度は、1K・2K・4K から選べます。1K から 2K、2K から 4K で、縦も横も2倍ずつ大きくなります。記事の画像はどれも縮めて載せているので、ここでは同じプロンプトで作った3枚から、顔の部分を同じ大きさで切り出しました。左から 1K（848×1264）・2K（1696×2528）・4K（3392×5056）です。

1K を引き伸ばすと、目元も髪もぼやっとします。2K でフィルムの粒子が見えてきて、4K になると、まつ毛の1本1本と、まぶたのアイラインの線まではっきり。画像全体で見たときの雰囲気は、1K・2K・4K でほとんど変わりませんでした。

4K同じプロンプトを 4K（3392×5056）で作った

料金の差も大きいです。Nano Banana Pro は、1K と 2K が同じ1枚 $0.134、4K だけ $0.24。2K は 1K と同じ料金で大きくなるので、Pro を使うなら 2K にしておいて、ポスターのように大きく引き伸ばすときだけ 4K、がよさそうです。

ちなみに、この記事では作例と記事の上の画像（アイキャッチ）で Pro を61枚作って、$8.6（1,300円ほど）かかりました。途中で2回、API のクレジットが尽きています・・・。

コツ5：参照画像の顔は、顔を保つ指示を書かなくても残った

Google Cloud のガイドは、参照画像を使うときの組み立てを「参照画像＋参照画像をどう使うかの指示＋新しい場面」としていて、編集では「そのままにしたいものをはっきり書く」ように勧めています。顔を保つ指示を服の説明の後ろに置くと別人になる、という話もよく見かけます。

そこで、コツ1で作ったこの1枚を参照画像として渡し、冬のカフェで、服も髪型も変えてもらいました。

まずは、顔のことは何も書かずに、「参照画像の女性で」とだけ。

えっ、3通りでほとんど見分けがつかない。顔を保つ指示を書かなくても、先頭でも後ろでも、Nano Banana Pro も ChatGPT も、24枚とも参照画像の人だと分かる顔になりました。参照画像の、跳ね上げのアイラインと、すっと細い眉の形がそのまま残っていて、頼んだとおり髪は低いお団子、キャメルのコートに黒のタートルネック、パールのピアスまで付けています。

Nano Banana Pro と ChatGPT で違いが出たのは、顔ではなく場面のほうでした。Nano Banana Pro は、ほとんどが窓に雨つぶの付いた、雨の夜の街のカフェ。「冬の夕方」としか書いていないのに、勝手に雨を降らせています。ChatGPT は12枚とも金色の光でキラキラした、絵はがきのようなカフェでした。

参照画像が1枚で、顔がはっきり写っていれば、今の Nano Banana Pro と ChatGPT は、顔を保つ指示が無くても顔を引き継いでくれるみたいです。顔を保つ指示を後ろに置くと別人になる、という心配は、少なくとも今回は当たりませんでした。ただ、ガイドが勧めるとおり、残したいものを書いておいて損はないので、僕は先頭に書く形をおすすめします。

この記事の Nano Banana Pro の作例は、API で作っています。アプリでは Gemini の AI が間に入ってから画像を作るので、同じプロンプトでも、同じ4枚になるとは限りません。コツの効き方の傾向は、アプリでも参考になると思います。
