変顔プロンプト10種｜あっかんべー・白目・豚鼻でAI美女はどこまで崩れるか

変顔のプロンプトでは、頬をふくらませる puffed cheeks・寄り目にする cross-eyed・指で鼻を押し上げる豚鼻なら、キーワード1つか短い一文で4枚とも変顔になり、白目・頬をつぶす顔・ドヤ顔は、キーワード1つでは整った顔のままで、口や手の形を書き足すと狙いの顔になりました。

ChatGPT（Images 2.5）に、変顔とドヤ顔のキーワードを19個、4枚ずつ頼んで分かったのは、AI はプロンプトに書いた所しか崩さないことでした。寄り目と書けば目だけ、白目と書いても目だけが崩れて、口元はモデルのまま。あっかんべーは手の形まで書くと安全審査で止められたので、この記事には載せていません。

下に、4枚とも狙いの顔になったプロンプトを先に並べて、そのあと崩れた枚数と、顔のどこが変わったかをまとめた結果と、狙いの顔にならなかったキーワードの直し方を書いています。

4枚とも狙いの顔になったプロンプト

狙った顔ごとに、4枚とも狙いの顔になったプロンプトを並べました。「直して効いた」が付いたものは、キーワード1つでは狙いの顔にならず、口や手の形を書き足したプロンプトです。

ベースのプロンプト

作例は、下のベースの最後に変顔のキーワードを足して、Codex の画像生成（ChatGPT Images 2.5）で4枚ずつ作りました。ベースは表情の記事と同じで、無地のグレーの背景に、胸から上の構図です。

4枚とも同じ顔が出たものを「効いた」としていて、この先の説明は、ことわりが無いかぎり4枚に共通して出た形です。「崩れた」は、目・口・頬・鼻のどれかが、整ったモデルの顔から外れた画像のことで、その枚数を数えています。

結果：顔が崩れるのは、プロンプトに書いた目や口だけだった

最初に、1つずつ（豚鼻と頬つぶしは短い一文で）頼んだ19個のキーワードの結果です。変顔を狙った11個のうち、4枚とも崩れたのは6個。崩れた顔も、ほとんどはプロンプトに書いた目や口だけが変わり、書いていない所はきれいなモデルの顔のままでした。

いたずらっぽい顔と得意げな顔は、顔の形を変えるキーワードではないので、狙いの顔に見えたかどうかで分けています。

正直、ここまで崩さないとは思っていませんでした。寄り目を頼むと、目はちゃんと寄るのに、唇はつやっとした微笑みのまま。白目に至っては、上を向いて唇を開いた色っぽい顔に寄っていって、変顔というよりホラー映画のポスターです・・・。プロンプトに書いていない所は、AI が「きれいな顔」に戻してしまう感じですね。

なので、変顔にしたいときは、目・口・頬・手を1つずつ書き足すのがいちばん効きました。 直したプロンプトは、下の図鑑と後半の「裏側」のセクションに載せています。

いたずら系：頬と鼻は、キーワード1つでいい感じになった

頬と鼻は、キーワード1つ（豚鼻は短い一文）だけで、いい感じに表情が作れて、頬を手でつぶす顔は、つぶし方まで書いたら出せました。

おお、ぷくー！4枚とも頬がしっかりふくらんで、唇も少し前に出ています。ただ、目は上目でこちらをじっと見ていて、変顔というより「すねてます」のかわいい顔。いい感じになったのは頬と口だけで、目元はそのままでした。目元も、もうちょっとすねた感じになればよかったですね。

4枚とも人差し指で鼻先を押し上げて、鼻の穴がこっちを向いています。頼んでいないのに、唇まで突き出してくれました。指は、4枚とも1本で鼻先を押していて、手の指の数やつながりにおかしなところはありません。今回いちばん変顔らしくできたのが、この豚鼻です。

眉をぎゅっと寄せて、鼻にしわを作り、口をゆがめる「うえっ」という顔です。歯は見せないので、変顔というより、嫌なにおいをかいだときの顔。表情は大きく変わるので、嫌そうな顔を作りたいときに使えます。

イーッ！4枚とも歯を食いしばって唇を横に引き、鼻にしわを寄せています。子どもがけんかの最後にやる「イーッだ」の顔ですね。grimace だけでは顔をしかめても歯を見せなかったので、食いしばった歯を見せる baring her clenched teeth、唇を横に引く lips stretched sideways、鼻にしわを寄せる nose scrunched を書き足しました。最後の vertical 2:3 portrait format は縦長にするための指定で、理由は後半の「裏側」のセクションに書いています。

おどける系：寄り目はキーワード1つで、白目は口まで書いて出た

目の表現のキーワードは、寄り目なら cross-eyed だけで4枚とも黒目が寄りました。ただ、いい感じの表情になったのは目だけで、口元は微笑んだまま。白目もキーワード1つだと目だけが白くなって、顔はきれいなままだったので、口の形まで書きました。

「変顔」をそのまま英語にした funny face は、4枚とも違う変顔になりました。頬をふくらませて横目、片目をつぶって口をゆがめる、ウインクして舌を出す、と、AI が考える変顔の詰め合わせで、4枚そろえたいときには向きませんが、何が出るか見たいときにはおもしろいキーワードです。

これぞ変顔！黒目が上に消えて白目になり、口を大きく開けて、下唇がゆがんでいます。eyes rolled back だけでは白目にはなるものの、上を向いて唇を開いた気絶したような顔だったので、間の抜けた顔 goofy face と、口を大きくゆがめる mouth stretched open in a silly wide grimace を足しました。

得意げ系：smug だけで出て、ドヤ顔は腕組みまで書いた

あごをぐっと上げて、腕を組み、満足そうに目を細めて見下ろす。どこから見てもドヤ顔です。腕は4枚とも胸の前で組まれていて、腕や手の数におかしなところはありません。ローマ字の doyagao では何も起きなかったので、smug に、あごを高く上げる chin raised high、見下ろす looking down her nose、片方の口角を上げる cocky grin、腕組み arms crossed over her chest を足しました。

まずはローマ字で akanbe。出てきたのは、舌をべーっと出した顔だけです。まぶたを引く手はどこにもありません。舌は出たので、AI も「べー」の部分は知っているっぽいですね。4枚頼んで、2枚は安全審査で止められました。

そこで、右手の人差し指で右の下まぶたを引いて赤いところを見せる pulling down her right lower eyelid with her right index finger to show the red inner rim と、舌を出す sticking her tongue out を書き足して出力。・・・4枚とも止められました。同じ英文でもう1回ずつ試しても、全部だめ。舌を出すだけの tongue out も4枚中2枚は止められていて、あっかんべーの手と舌が合わさると、もう通らないようです。止められた英文は言い換えずに、今回はここであきらめました。

口をとがらせた pouting lips は、唇を少し突き出して、カメラを見つめる色っぽいキス顔になりました。うーん…変顔のタコ口を狙ったんですけど、グラビアの表紙に使えそうな顔です。

両手で頬を・・・包んでる。つぶしてない。4枚とも手のひらをそっと頬に添えた、かわいいポーズです。両手で頬、だけだと、AI は写真映えするポーズのほうを選ぶみたいですね。

最初は、縦長にする指定を入れずに頼みました。すると、この英文だけほとんど正方形に近い大きさで返ってきて、4枚目は20回以上作り直しても縦長にならず・・・。いったんは、縦長で出た3枚だけを載せました。

でも、縦長がほしいならプロンプトに書けばいいんですよね。最後に縦長 2:3 の指定 vertical 2:3 portrait format を足して出力したら、4枚とも1回目から縦長で返ってきました。20回以上の作り直しは何だったのか・・・。表情も変わらず、イーッの顔のままです（上の図鑑の4枚）。

白目は、目だけ白くなって、顔はきれいなままだった

eyes rolled back で、4枚とも白目にはなりました。ただ、あごを上げて唇を少し開いた顔で、何かに取りつかれたような、気を失ったような雰囲気。目以外はきれいなままなので、笑える変顔にはなりません。間の抜けた顔 goofy face と、口を大きくゆがめる指定を足したら、口元も変わって、一気に変顔になりました。

doyagao は、あごを少し上げたいつものモデルの顔。無表情の記事で試したジト目の jitome と同じで、日本語の呼び名をローマ字にしても伝わらないようです。誇らしい proud と勝ち誇る triumphant も、首をかしげて微笑むだけでした。cocky と haughty は、あごを上げて半目で見下ろす顔になりましたが、笑っていないので得意げというより冷たい顔です。

よくある質問

「変顔」「ドヤ顔」をローマ字で書いても効きますか？

今回のベースでは効きませんでした。akanbe は舌を出すだけ、doyagao はいつものモデルの顔です。目・口・頬・手の形を英語で書くほうが確実で、ドヤ顔なら smug に、あごを上げる・腕を組むを足すと出ました。

変顔の画像は、安全審査で止められやすいですか？

舌を出すキーワードと、唇を丸めて突き出すタコ口が止められやすく、tongue out は4枚中2枚、あっかんべーとタコ口を詳しく書いたものは4枚とも止められました。頬・寄り目・白目・豚鼻・ドヤ顔は1枚も止められていません。同じ英文でも通ったり止められたりするので、今回は、通らなかった英文をもう1回だけ試して、だめならその顔はあきらめました。

4枚とも同じ変顔にしたいときは？

funny face や silly face のような「変顔」を表すキーワードは、4枚とも違う変顔になります。そろえたいときは、寄り目なら目、頬をふくらませるなら頬と、変える所を1つに決めて書くと4枚そろいました。
