パイスラの真髄をAIで追跡してみた｜38回・570枚近く作ってもたどり着けなかった記録

パイスラの真髄、つまり斜めがけバッグのひもが胸の谷間へ生地ごと食い込み、胸の形を出してしまう瞬間は、AI で38回・570枚近く作っても、写真としては出せませんでした。いちばん近づいたのは、少し前かがみの胸元を寄りで撮った形と、電車の中で背の高い人が斜めから見下ろした形の2つです。

ChatGPT はこの題材をほとんど止めるようになり、ComfyUI のモデルは「ひもが生地を引き込む」見え方を知りませんでした。この記事は、その追跡の記録です。途中でいい感じになった画像を中心に、どこまで行けて、どこで止まったかを並べています。

いちばん近づいた2つの型

前かがみの胸元の寄りと、電車の中の見下ろしの寄りが、真髄にいちばん近づいた2つでした。どちらも、ChatGPT で出た1枚を土台にして、ComfyUI で作り直しています。

1つ目は、前かがみの胸元の寄りです。灰色のニットの4枚が、運営する僕の目で見ていちばん良かったもの。

3枚目は、ひもが谷間へ入り、左の胸がひもの縁にかぶさっています。ここまで来るのに23回。思わず「めちゃめちゃいい感じじゃない」と声が出ました。ただ、ひもがあとから上をなぞっているようにも見えて、生地ごと引き込まれる感じはまだ弱いんですよね。

作り方は3段です。ChatGPT で少し前かがみの1枚を出す → 胸元を寄りに切り出して、写真向けのモデル RealVisXL で描き直す → その画像の奥行き（どこが手前でどこが奥か）を取り出して、RealVisXL に渡しながら新しく作る。プロンプトは最後の段のもの。

ComfyUI は、画像生成のモデルを組み合わせて動かすツールです。ネットのサービス Comfy Cloud の上で動かし、モデルは写真向けの RealVisXL V5.0、設定は 30ステップ・cfg 5・dpmpp_2m_sde・karras にしています。

2つ目は、電車の中で背の高い人が、斜めから胸元を見下ろした寄りです。

上から見下ろすので、胸が手前に張り出して見えます。ひもは2つの胸の間を通るものの、谷へ沈む感じは1つ目より浅め。土台にした1枚の沈み込みが浅かったので、そこまで運ばれてしまいました。

パイスラとは何か

パイスラ（パイスラッシュ・π/）は、斜めがけバッグのひもや車のシートベルトが、胸を斜めに分けて見える現象です。おっぱい＋スラッシュの語呂合わせで、ネットでは2006年ごろから使われています。2012年には写真集『パイスラッシュ 現代フェティシズム分析』（青山裕企）も出ました。

で、その真髄は何なのか。僕の答えはこれです。

パイスラの真髄とは、大きい胸に食い込み乳房がたわわに強調される現象とアングルと胸が強調される構図、女性の可愛い仕草のマリアージュによる奇跡の瞬間だったりするわけ。

ひもが胸の間を通っているだけでは、パイスラではないんですよね。食い込み・アングル・構図・仕草。この4つがそろった奇跡の1枚を、AI で作れるのか。それを追いかけることにしました。

出発点：ひもが通るだけでは物足りない

前の記事では、ChatGPT にひもの通り道を言葉で書けば、ひもが胸の真ん中を通ることまでは確かめました。

ただ、分析としてはいいんですが、真髄の点では物足りない。そこで今回は、白いリブニットに「ひもが柔らかいニットに深く沈む」と足すところから始めました。

うーん…。ひもは真ん中を通っているし、胸も大きい。でも、ひもはニットの上に乗っているだけで、食い込んでいません。食い込みが全然足りないし、胸の立体感も全然足りない。これじゃない感がすごい・・・。

こうなったら、あらゆるアングルとシーンのパイスラを網羅して、最後は伝説のスポットまでたどり着いてやる。そう決めて、本気で追いかけることにしました。

見本16枚を数えて、真髄を分解した

食い込みを言葉にするために、まずネットで見つけたパイスラの写真16枚を、服・ひも・アングルごとに数えました。写真そのものは載せていません。

食い込みと立体感を作っているのは、溝（ひもがニットの表面より下に沈む）、引っぱり（鞄の重みでひもがぴんと張る）、リブの縦線が胸の丸みに沿って曲がること、ふくらみの下の影、の4つだと読みました。これを英語にして、1つずつ足していきます。

食い込みの言葉を1つずつ足した

おお！1回目より胸の量感が出て、ひもの両側でふくらみが分かれ始めました。リブの線も丸みに沿って曲がっています。ただ、食い込みというより、ひもの周りがちょっとへこんだ程度。あと、どれも体ががっしりして見えます。

方向性はいい。でも、並べてみると体がちょっと太く見えるのが気になります。

原因は、体型を curvy figure with a very full bust（豊満な体に大きな胸）と書いていたこと。胸だけでなく、腕も肩も太くなっていました。見本の写真は、胸は大きくても腕と肩は細いんですよね。そこで「胸以外は細い」（slim petite frame with slender arms, narrow shoulders and a slim waist, but a very full bust）に書き替えて、少し上から撮る構図にしました。

近づいた15回目：細い体＋少し上から（4枚中1枚は止められた）

これはいい感じ。腕が細くなって、胸だけが前に出ています。少し上から撮ると、胸が手前に来て、ひもが丸みに沿って曲がるのも見えやすくなりました。4枚目は ChatGPT の安全審査で2回止められて、作れていません。

立ち姿はまっすぐ、前かがみでやっと食い込む

ひもは、立ち姿ではまっすぐ張り、少し前かがみになったときに初めて胸に食い込んで曲がりました。実際のパイスラを思い浮かべて、そうなるんじゃないかと思って試したら、そのとおりの結果です。

まず、立ち姿で「ひもはぴんとまっすぐ」と書いた4枚。

ひもはきれいにまっすぐ。でも、まっすぐ過ぎて、胸の上に定規を当てたみたいになっています。食い込みはほぼゼロ。このとき試したアングルの中で、4枚とも止められずに通ったのは、この斜めの構図だけでした。

次に、少し前かがみにして「ひもがまっすぐでなくなり、谷へ沈む」と書いた1枚。

キタ！ひもが2つの丸みの間に入り、下のほうで谷へ沈んでいます。ただ、前かがみは ChatGPT が止めやすく、4枚中3枚は2回ずつ止められました。

この1枚の胸元を寄りに切り出して、RealVisXL で描き直したのが下の4枚です。左の2枚は描き直す強さ30%、右の2枚は40%。

ひもの真ん中が谷に入って細くなり、両側の生地が少しかぶさっています。冒頭の灰色の4枚は、これを土台にして作りました。

伝説の凝視絶景に挑んだ

伝説のアングルは、最後まで写真として納得できる1枚になりませんでした。挑んだのは、僕がずっと言ってきたこの景色です。

本人がこちらに気づかず前を見ている感じは、かなり出ました。ただ、ひもは手前の胸の下をくぐっていて、2つの胸を分けていません。

スマホに夢中で気づかない感じは最高なんですが、ひもは胸の外側を下りています。この回は16枚中14枚が2回ずつ止められ、ChatGPT がいよいよ厳しくなってきました。

そこで、見下ろしの寄りを ComfyUI で作り直した灰色の4枚。

胸が手前に張り出す見え方は、このアングルならでは。ただ、ここでよく見ると、立ち位置がずれていました。横斜め後ろではなく、女性の斜め前から見ています。

そこで「後ろ姿」「手前に後頭部と髪と肩」と、何が手前に写るかで書き直すと、肩越しに見下ろす構図そのものは出ました。ただ、出てきた画像は、ひもが首の後ろから出て、胸の輪郭の外の空中を通っているような、人の体ではありえない形。ひもの線を描き直しても、ひもと体の位置関係は直りませんでした。

それに、肩越しだと、肩と胸の丸みの陰になって、おっぱいが割れているところがそもそも見えません。パイスラの良さがいちばん出ない角度だったんです。

ということで、伝説のアングルは「斜め前の上から」に定義し直しました。冒頭の見下ろしの寄りや、信号待ちの1枚がそれにあたります。その中で一番良かった1枚のひもを、割れ目の谷を通る1本に描き直して仕上げたのが、下の2枚です。

ひもは割れ目を通っている。条件は全部満たしたつもりでした。でも、ひもが無理やり谷間に入り込んで、おっぱいが溢れちゃってるようなインパクトがないんですよね。単に、谷間にひもが通っているだけに見えます。

隠れ裏ボス：超ローアングルは途中でやめた

伝説のアングルと並べて、地面近くから見上げる超ローアングルも「隠れ裏ボス」として狙いました。ChatGPT は4枚とも止めたので、ComfyUI と、写真向けのモデル HARUKI_MIX ZIT2606Real（Z-Image Turbo をもとにしたモデル。9ステップ・cfg 1・res_multistep・simple）で作っています。

届かなかった31回目：地面近くから見上げる

見上げる構図で、胸の迫力は大きい。でも、カメラは腰くらいの高さです。カメラの位置を「しゃがんだ人の膝の高さ」と書くと、今度は女性のほうがしゃがみました。

カメラの位置を書くと、AI は女性の動きの話だと受け取るみたいです。女性の姿勢（すっと立って、カメラの上にそびえる）を書くと、立ったまま見上げる形になりました。

ただ、超ローアングルと呼ぶには、もっと下から見上げたい。それに、胸がまん丸で硬くて、作り物みたいなおっぱいになっています。このあと、地面からほぼ真上を見上げる書き方を試すと、8枚とも色の破片だけの画像に崩れました。時間もかかりすぎていたので、裏ボスはここでやめています。

たどり着けなかった理由

いちばん大きかったのは、AI が「ひもが生地を谷へ引き込み、胸の形を出してしまう」見え方を知らなかったことです。パイスラの仕組みを考えると、胸と胸の間には服があって、バッグの重みで引っ張られたひもが、その服ごと谷間へ無理やり食い込みます。それが胸の形を際立たせるわけです。AI の画像には、この感じがありませんでした。

ひもが無ければ、ニットは2つの胸の間に橋のように張って、ひと続きのふくらみに見えます。ひもがその橋を谷へ押し込むから、2つの胸の形が浮き出る。AI の画像は逆で、丸い胸が先に2つあり、その上をひもがなぞっているだけでした。

最後にもう一度、見本の写真を見直して、これまでの画像との違いを書き出しました。

パイスラらしさを作っていたのは、ひもそのものではなく、ひもに分けられて浮き出た胸の形でした。僕はずっと、ひもを見せる方向に工夫していたわけです。この違いだけを英語にして最後にもう一度作りましたが、ひもはやっぱり胸の上を斜めに横切るだけで、谷には入りません。この英文は ChatGPT が8枚とも止め、ComfyUI も少し上からの4枚を真っ黒な画像で返してきました。

数えてみると、3日で38回、作った画像は570枚近く。ChatGPT に止められた回数は、記録が残っている分だけで115回でした。言葉・下絵・奥行き・描き直し・アニメのモデルを経る手まで試して、どれも届かず。正直、今の手持ちの道具ではここが限界だと思います。この見え方を写真で学んだ追加のモデル（LoRA）があれば、もう一段行けるかもしれません。

研究の締め：いちばん良かった画像

真髄にはたどり着けませんでしたが、途中でいい感じの画像はいくつも出ています。38回・570枚近くの中から、僕がいいと思った31枚を並べて、ひとまずこの研究の締めにします。プロンプトは、本文のそれぞれの作例に載せています。

ひもが胸の真ん中を通る形までは作れます。ただ、前かがみ・上から・下からのアングルや、食い込みを詳しく書いた英文は、安全審査で止められやすくなります。この追跡の後半では、ほとんどの英文が2回ずつ止められました。

ひもを食い込ませるには、どう書けばいいですか？

立ち姿のままでは、どう書いてもひもはまっすぐ張るだけでした。少し前かがみ（leaning slightly forward at the waist）にして、「ひもがまっすぐでなくなり、谷へ沈む」と書いたときだけ、食い込んで曲がりました。

ComfyUI なら止められませんか？

ChatGPT よりは通ります。ただ、地面から見上げる英文はモデルが崩れ、少し上からの英文は Comfy Cloud が真っ黒な画像で返しました。止められないことと、狙いの形が出ることは別の話でした。
