体型プロンプト図鑑｜ガリガリから巨漢まで15種をAI美女の全身で4枚ずつ

体型のプロンプトは、ぽっちゃり（chubby）やグラマー（curvy）なら、ベースに1語足すだけで4枚とも体つきが変わりました。反対に、スレンダー（slender）やモデル体型は、言葉を何も足さなくても最初から出る形で、足しても見た目は変わりません。

1語で動かなかったのは、ガリガリ・小柄・筋肉質・腹筋・洋梨体型・巨漢・背の高さです。どれも、腕や脚の太さ、肩幅、ドアに対して頭がどこまで届くか、を書き足すと出ました。15種のうち、1語のまま図鑑に載せたのは6種で、ふくよかを強めた1種も含めた残りの9種は、この書き足しで作り分けています。

下に、体型ごとの正解のプロンプトを全身の画像つきで並べ、後半の裏側で、1語では細身のモデル体型から動かなかった試行錯誤を書きました。

体型の正解プロンプト

狙った体型ごとに、狙いどおりの4枚が出たプロンプトを並べました。「直して効いた」が付いたものは、1語では効かず、体の部分の形や背の比べ方を書き足したプロンプトです。

ベースのプロンプト

作例は、下のベースの最後に体型の言葉を足して、Codex の画像生成（ChatGPT Images 2.5）で4枚ずつ作っています。体の線が分かるよう、ぴったりした黒いタンクトップとストレートのジーンズで、頭から足先まで入れました。背の高さを比べる目安として、白いドアの横に立たせています。

4枚とも同じ形が出たものを「効く」としていて、この先の説明は、ことわりが無いかぎり4枚に共通して出た形です。

細い体型のプロンプト：スレンダー・小柄・モデル体型・ガリガリ

細い体型は4種です。スレンダーとモデル体型は、このベースなら何も書かなくても出る形でした。小柄は体の小ささをドアと比べて、ガリガリは骨の浮き方と頬のこけ方を書いています。

腕も脚も細い、すらっとした体型です。ただ、後半の裏側で書いたとおり、ベースだけの4枚と並べても見分けがつきません。AI美女は、体型を書かなければ最初からこの細さで出てきます。

ドアがまるごと写り、頭の上にドアが大きく余った、小柄な体型になりました。肩幅も狭く、腕はベースより一段細くなっています。petite の1語では、ベースと同じ大きさのまま変わらなかったので、肩・腕・脚の細さと、ドアとの比べ方を足しました。

ただ、人の目で見ると、小柄な女性というより小人のような印象です。手足の比率はモデル体型のまま、体ごと縮んでドアだけが大きく見えるので、「華奢でかわいい」より「サイズが小さい人」に寄ってしまいました。

脚が長く、頭の小さいモデル体型です。スレンダーと同じく、ベースだけの4枚とほぼ同じ体型が出ています。言葉を足した効き目は、並べて見てもほとんど分かりませんでした。

鎖骨と肩の骨が浮き、腕も脚も棒のように細い、痩せすぎの体型です。頬が少しこけて、ベースにあった笑顔も消えました。ただ、顔は「げっそり」とまではいかず、細身のモデルがもう一段痩せた、くらいの痩せ方です。skinny の1語では、ベースより少し細いだけでした。

引き締まった体型のプロンプト：筋肉質・腹筋

引き締まった体型は2種です。どちらも1語では細身のまま変わらず、筋肉の付き方を書いて出しました。

肩が張り、腕に筋肉の線が入った、鍛えている人の体型です。太ももも、ベースよりしっかりしています。athletic build の1語や toned body（引き締まった体）では、細身のまま変わらなかったので、肩・腕・太ももの筋肉を書き足しました。

おへそまわりが出て、縦に腹筋の線が入った、引き締まったお腹です。最初に fit body with visible abs だけを足したときは、頼んでいないのにタンクトップがお腹の出る丈に短くなり、腹筋の線はほとんど見えませんでした。AI はお腹を見せるために服まで変えてくるので、丈の短いトップスを自分で書き、腹筋の線をはっきり書いています。

メリハリのある体型のプロンプト：グラマー・くびれ・洋梨体型

メリハリのある体型は3種です。グラマーとくびれは1語で出て、洋梨体型だけは、腰と太ももの幅を書いて出しました。

胸と腰が大きくなり、ウエストとの差が出た、グラマーな体型です。腕や脚はベースとあまり変わらず、太ったというより、体の線にメリハリが付いた感じ。下の hourglass figure と並べると、こちらは全体に少しふっくらしています。

ふくよかな体型は4種です。細身から動かない言葉が多かったなか、ぽっちゃり側の言葉は1語でもしっかり効きました。ただし巨漢まで振り切るには、あごやお腹の形まで書く必要があります。

二重あごで、お腹が段になってジーンズの上に乗った、巨漢の体型です。腕も脚も太く、4枚とも少し疲れたような顔で、立っているだけでしんどそうに見えます。お腹の段を見せるためか、ここでもタンクトップが短くなって、お腹が全部出ました。obese（肥満）の1語は、4回のうち3回が安全審査で止められ、出た1枚も plus-size とほとんど同じだったので、あごとお腹の形、動くのがしんどそうな様子まで書いています。

背の高さのプロンプト：高身長・低身長

背の高さは2種です。tall も short も1語ではベースと同じに見えたので、ドアに対して頭がどこまで届くかを書きました。

ドアの上の枠のすぐ下まで頭が届く、背の高い体型です。ドアの上まで写るように、カメラが少し引いた構図になりました。ただ、脚がかなり長く伸びていて、人の目で見るとちょっと長すぎる違和感は残ります。ファッション誌の誇張した写真だと思えば、まあアリかなという伸び方です。

頭がドアの高さの4分の3あたりまでしか届かない、背の低い体型です。tall と同じく、ドアがまるごと写る距離まで引いた構図になっています。体の細さはベースと変わらず、背だけが低くなりました。

裏側：1語では、細身のモデル体型から動かなかった

15種を1語ずつ試した最初の回で、ベースから体型が変わったのは、グラマー・くびれ・少しぽっちゃり・ぽっちゃり・ふくよかの5種でした。ふくよか（plus-size）は、ぽっちゃりとほぼ同じ体型です。スレンダーとモデル体型は、変わらないのが正解の言葉で、残りはベースの細身の体型のままでした。

作り直しも入れて、生成したのは全部で105枚。直した9種は、どれも「体のどの部分を、どのくらいにするか」を書くと出ました。

比べる元として、体型の言葉を何も足さないベースだけで4枚作りました。うん、すでに細い。脚が長くて腕も細い、スレンダーなモデル体型です。slender も tall slim model figure も、この4枚と並べると区別がつきません。

AI美女は、何も言わなければこの体型を選ぶみたいですね。だから細い側の言葉は足しても変わらず、変えたいときは、ここからどの部分を太く・細く・小さくするかを書くしかありません。ぽっちゃり側の言葉が1語で効いたのは、この基本の体型から離れる方向だったからだと思います。

小柄で華奢、の petite を足して出力。・・・ベースと同じ人がそのまま立っています。ドアとの比べで見ても、背の高さは変わりません。petite は服のサイズ表記でもおなじみの言葉なので、もっと効くと思っていたんですけど。

おお、小さくなった！ドアがまるごと写って、頭の上にドアがどーんと余っています。・・・と喜んだものの、並べて見ると、小柄というより小人です。体の比率はモデル体型のまま、全体だけ縮めた感じで、華奢でかわいい小柄さとはちょっと違う。比べる物で小ささを書くと、小ささは出ても、こういう縮み方になるみたいですね。

short を足すと・・・変わらない。ドアの上が画面の外に切れていて、背が高いのか低いのか、そもそも比べようがない構図です。AI は「背が低い」を1枚の中でどう見せるかまでは考えてくれないみたいですね。

キタキタ！カメラが引いて、ドアの上の枠まで写るようになりました。頭の上にドアがしっかり余っていて、ひと目で背が低いと分かります。高身長の tall も、同じ書き方で「ドアの上の枠のすぐ下まで」と書くと出ました。背の高さは、体の言葉ではなく、比べる物との位置で書くのが近道です。

plus-size は、1語でもちゃんとふっくらしました。ただ、上の chubby と並べると、ほとんど同じ体型。ぽっちゃり・ふくよか、と言葉を強くしても、体型は一段しか動いてくれないようです。

そこで、丸い顔 full round face、やわらかく太い二の腕 thick soft upper arms、お腹まわり wide waist with a soft full belly、太い太もも thick thighs を足しました。

ガリガリの skinny を足して出力。・・・ちょっと細くなった？くらい。ベースと並べて、やっと腕が細いと分かる程度で、顔はいつものにこやかな顔のままです。

そこで、低体重の extremely skinny and underweight、こけた頬と落ちくぼんだ目 gaunt face with hollow cheeks and sunken eyes を足したら、同じプロンプトで2回とも安全審査に止められました。痩せすぎを、健康にかかわる話として読まれたのかも。同じ英文を ComfyUI でも回しましたが、腕が細くなっただけで顔はげっそりせず、顔立ちも幼く見えたので、この記事には載せていません。

止められそうな言葉（underweight・sunken eyes）を外し、骨の浮き方と頬のこけ方だけで書き直しました。

通った！しかも鎖骨と肩の骨がくっきり浮いています。「痩せている」を体重の言葉で書くより、骨がどう見えるかで書くほうが、審査にも止められず、見た目もはっきり変わりました。顔のげっそり感はもう少し欲しいところですが、今回はここまでです。

よくある質問

体型の言葉を足すと、胸の大きさも変わりますか？

変わりました。curvy・hourglass figure・pear-shaped body・chubby・plus-size では、胸も一緒に大きくなっています。反対に、腕や肩の形を書いた athletic build（筋肉質）や、ドアとの比べで書いた tall・short では、胸の大きさはベースとほぼ同じでした。胸を変えたくないときは、体型の名前より、腕・脚・腰の太さを書くほうが近いと思います。

服を変えると、体型の見え方は変わりますか？

今回は、体の線が見えるように、ぴったりしたタンクトップとストレートのジーンズに固定しています。それでも、腹筋や plus-size のようにお腹が話題になる言葉では、AI がタンクトップの丈を勝手に短くしました。お腹を見せたくないときは、服の丈（a long fitted tank top tucked into her jeans など）まで書いておくと安心です。
