背景プロンプト図鑑｜部屋・街・海辺など16か所とぼかしを4枚ずつ

背景は、in a cafe・on a beach のように場所の言葉を1つ足すだけで、16か所すべてが4枚ともその場所で出ました。服をベースに書いておけば、海辺でも夜のネオン街でも、白いシャツとジーンズはそのまま変わりません。

気をつけたいのは3つです。ぼかし（blurred background）だけを書くと、どこをぼかすかは AI 任せになり、ぼけ方も弱めでした。街なかの場面では、書いていない鞄が36枚中28枚に付いてきます。そして服を書かないと、背景に合わせて服まで変わりました。

場所ごとの正解プロンプト

撮りたい場所ごとに、4枚とも狙いどおりに出たプロンプトを並べました。「直して効いた」が付いたものは、言葉を書き足して直したプロンプトです。

ベースのプロンプト

作例は、下のベースの最後に場所の言葉を足して、Codex の画像生成（ChatGPT Images 2.5）で4枚ずつ作っています。背景が広く写るようにひざ上で撮り、背景だけの違いを比べられるよう、服（白いリネンのシャツとジーンズ）と表情はベースで決めました。

1枚目は、透けるニットにデニムのショートパンツ。海に合わせて、AI が勝手に夏服に着替えさせていました。しかも2枚目からは、Codex の画像生成の安全審査に同じプロンプトで続けて2回止められ、残りの3枚は保存できませんでした。どんな絵を描こうとしていたかは見えないものの、海辺と聞いて水着のほうへ寄っていったんだと思います・・・。

止められた3枚（2〜4枚目）は、同じプロンプトのまま、手元のパソコンで動かす ComfyUI で作りました。ComfyUI は、画像生成のモデルを自分のパソコンで動かすための無料のツールです。モデルは、Z-Image Turbo をもとにした写真向けの HARUKI_MIX ZIT2606Real を使い、設定は9ステップ・cfg 1・res_multistep・simple にしています。モデルが違うので顔立ちは変わっていますが、こちらもギンガムチェックのホルターネックやボーダーのキャミソールと、3枚とも夏服でした。

背景を変えるときは、服もベースに書いて決めておくのが確実です。服を書いておけば、海辺の4枚のように、背景だけが入れ替わります。

背景の看板に、実在の店の名前や地名が写ります。避けられますか？

この記事の画像でも、ブランドのロゴや、桜のお祭りののぼりに実在の川の名前が写りました。場所の言葉に、その場所によくある看板まで結びついているからだと思います。気になるときは、白いスタジオのような看板の無い場所にするか、ぼかしを強めて文字が読めないようにするのが確実です。

背景を変えても、同じ人物のままにできますか？

この記事では、髪型・メイク・服をベースで細かく決めたので、どの場所でも顔立ちの近い人物になりました。ただ、まったく同じ人ではなく、生成するたびに顔は少しずつ変わります。同じ人で背景だけを変えたいときは、1枚の画像をもとに背景だけを書き換える編集の機能を使うほうが向いています。

ChatGPT でも同じプロンプトで出せますか？

OpenAI は Images 2.5 を ChatGPT でも使えると発表しているので、同じ英文を渡せば近い結果になると思います。ただ、今回は Codex でしか試していないため、ChatGPT での出方はこの記事では確かめていません。
