恥じらいの表情プロンプト8語｜AI美女で効く言葉・効かない言葉

恥じらいの表情をいちばん確実に出せた言葉は「embarrassed」。4枚ともうつむき加減に目をそらした照れ顔になり、そのうち3枚は手を口元や首すじに添えていました。

ほかに安定していたのは「shy」と、両手で顔を隠して指のすき間からのぞく「peeking through her fingers」です。反対に、「目をそらす」「口を手で覆う」のように仕草だけを書いた言葉は、もの思いや驚きといった別の表情として読まれています。恥じらいは顔の形だけでなく、視線と手の仕草が組み合わさって伝わる表情なので、仕草だけを渡すとAIは別の感情で埋めてしまうようです。

恥ずかしさがいちばん大きく見える仕草です。両手で顔を覆い、指のすき間から片目か両目でこちらを見る形がそろって出ました。手が顔の大部分にかかる構図は指が崩れやすいので、4枚とも拡大して確かめましたが、指の数や関節のおかしな画像はありませんでした。

恥じらいを出すプロンプトの組み立て方

8語を試して分かったのは、恥じらいは「感情の言葉」を必ず1つ入れ、仕草や視線はその言葉と一緒に書くと安定する、ということです。

• 確実に照れ顔を出したい：embarrassed か shy expression を入れる
• 恥ずかしさを大きく見せたい：hiding her face with both hands, peeking through her fingers
• カメラ目線のまま照れさせたい：shy smile
• 目そらし・上目遣い・口元を隠す仕草・赤面を使いたい：仕草の言葉だけで終わらせず、shyly や embarrassed smile を一緒に書く

仕草だけを書くと、AIはその仕草が似合う別の感情（もの思い・驚き・色っぽさ）を選びます。 「なぜその仕草をしているのか」を言葉で渡すと、狙った恥じらいに寄っていきました。

よくある質問

ChatGPT でも同じプロンプトで出せますか？

OpenAI は Images 2.5 を ChatGPT でも使えると発表しているので、同じ英文を渡せば近い結果になると思います。ただ、今回は Codex でしか試していないため、ChatGPT での出方はこの記事では確かめていません。

生成した画像に、AIで作った印は残りますか？

残ります。OpenAI は、Images 2.5 で作った画像に C2PA という来歴の情報と、目に見えない電子透かしを入れていると説明しています。今回 Codex で作った画像のデータにも、作成元として「ChatGPT」「gpt-image」の記録が入っていました。モデルの版（2.5 かどうか）までは書かれていなかったので、画像のデータだけで使ったモデルを見分けることはできません。

ComfyUI でも同じプロンプトが効きますか？

ComfyUI は、Stable Diffusion や Flux などの画像モデルを自分のパソコンで動かすための無料のツールです（ComfyUI の公式サイト）。どの言葉が効くかは ComfyUI ではなく、読み込んだモデルで決まります。この記事の効き具合は Images 2.5 で確かめたもので、ComfyUI のモデルでは試していません。以前このサイトで SeaArt の Flux 系のモデルを使ったときは、shy smile だけでは微笑み程度で止まり、口を開けて笑わせるには smiling brightly や visible teeth を足す必要がありました。モデルが変わると同じ言葉でも効き方が変わるので、使うモデルで4枚ほど試してから決めるのが確実です。
